Facilitate RFQs, quotations, PO workflows, order tracking, communication, and documentation
Enable Financial Partners to assess eligibility for financing where users opt in
Provide notifications and customer support
Detect fraud, misuse, and security incidents
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data Sharing with Financial Partners

4.1

With user consent or where required for financing workflows, AXO Networks may share limited transaction-related data (such as but not limited to accepted POs, order status, delivery milestones, and performance metrics) with Financial Partners for credit assessment and financing purposes.

AXO Networks does not share personal data beyond what is necessary for such purposes and does not control how Financial Partners use data beyond their contractual obligations.

4.2

By using the financing features, Suppliers provide explicit consent for AXO Networks to share their 'Capacity Score', 'Order Fulfilment Rate', and 'Transaction History' with registered Financial Partners.

4.3

Users may withdraw consent for data processing at any time. However, this may result in the suspension of active workflows or financing eligibility.

5. Data Sharing with Service Providers and Legal Authorities

We may share data with trusted service providers (such as but not limited to hosting, analytics, and security vendors) under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.

6. Data Storage and Security

AXO Networks implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Platform services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Certain records may be retained for audit and compliance purposes even after account closure.
